Here is the card for the show on Friday, 7/18:
In a match for the Impact Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Title, IPW Heavyweight Champion Nicky Free will defend the belt against AJ Smooth
In the 3rd annual Legend Lumberjack Match, Impact Pro Wrestling's "The Big Picture" Ashton Christopher will take on one of the top wrestlers in the world when he faces off against 2nd generation star, Wes Brisco. Wes is the son of Hall of Famer Gerald Brisco.
Colt Cabana and Adam Pearce will face off on opposite sides of the ring for the first time since their unforgettable series of matches they had in 7 Levels of Hate. Colt has chosen former IPW champion and one of the top wrestling talents in the Midwest, "The Tangerine Dream" Ricky Love. Adam's partner will be none other than Sparrow! Sparrow has had an incredible 2014 since abandoning the fans breaking every rule in the book. This should be a great match.
The 5th annual Lou Thesz Cup Battle Royal will feature over 20 wrestlers from all over the country hoping to make their mark at this year's Hall of Fame show.
Latin Thunder has proven to be one of the most popular wrestlers in the Midwest. He delight audiences everywhere he goes with his flair and athleticism. His opponent will be Matty Star. Star has never done anything to endear himself to the fans and is one of the most hated wrestlers in IPW history.
The "Intellectual Punk" Tony Sly has outdid himself this year. He has successfully convinced James Jeffries and UGLY to put their IPW Tag Team title belts on the line in an unprecedented six man tag encounter. James and Ugly didn't hesitate to choose their third man in the form of Justin Decent! Sly on the other hand, went big. He has chosen two monsters in the form of "The Natural" Nate Alsin and Nate Redwing to help him win the tag straps.
There will be two more matches that will be signed the day of the show from those wrestlers participating in the evaluation.
Matches will be presided over by Waterloo/Cedar Falls' own, Senior Impact Pro Wrestling Referee Billy J.
